Relaunch Schedule 2015

1. All Leadership is expected to be at the entirety of this schedule unless it is otherwise noted or you have spoken about your special circumstances with BCM Staff.
2. If you are living in the dorms,we need to get you special permission to move in early on Wednesday August 19. Please send KC a FB Message or email at tntechbcm@gmail.com, with your name and T-Number by Monday August 3rd.
3. Remember we’re doing all this work “to seek and to save the Lost.” All week we’ll be praying, preparing, building relationships and doing everything we can to help students find community, follow Jesus, and change the world.
4. Team Leaders Retreat August 14-15. Alex & Rhonda Case’s house in Cookeville. Bring a swimsuit, bible, and something to take notes with. 

Thursday, August 20

• 9:30AM-1PM Dorm Move In- Meet at The BCM at 9:30AM and be ready to put on your new BCM T-shirt, free for all who serve! (non-leadership is welcome to come to this too)
• 1-2PM Lunch
• 2-5PM Leadership Meeting, Team Meetings, Vision, Prayer, Survival Prep, Community Group Leader Match Up, and continued dorm move in for non-leadership.
• 5-7PM Block Party Outreach and Prep.
• 7PM-10PM BCM Block Party:  games, food, music, popcorn, cotton candy

Friday, August 21 (wear your new or an old BCM shirt again on this day)

• 2PM-Community Group/Survival Group Leader Training
• 3-5PM- Full Leadership Meeting and Dixie booth set up.
• 5PM-Organization Fair – BCM booth on Dixie, All leadership come, meet students, and invite them to Survival.
• 6-7PM Dinner and Dancing on Dixie- We ask you to come and invite students to Survival/Common Ground/BCM but leave when you’re ready.

Saturday, August 22

• 11am-1PM Religious Organization and Church Fair in the Multi Purpose Room. We’ll only need one or two teams for this
• 2PM Survival Prep, Full Leadership
• 3:30PM Survival Registration Begins
• 4-7PM Freshman Survival
